Nicholas Comfort's career has spanned over thirty years reporting politics, sometimes inside and sometimes outside the corridors of power.

He provides media training and consultancy to governments, companies and other organisations.  Currently he is a consultant to the Association of Train Operating Companies.

He is also an accomplished writer and has written a number of books on a variety of topics, which in addition to politics, include railways, history, the media and human relations.
 

Nicholas' latest book, The Channel Tunnel and its High-Speed Links, was published in March 2006.
